The new i.Sense EC.W sensor makes system availability more favourable than ever before.

Thanks to the direct connection to the PLC machine controller via potential-free contacts, real-time status monitoring is possible for your gliding energy supply systems.

The service life sensor is mounted on one of the last opening bars on the fixed point side and uses sensors from igus' in-house 3D printing to record the current actual status and the remaining service life of the chain side parts in several percentage stages; either directly for the PLC system control or via an optional i.Cee module for comprehensive monitoring systems.
